APPROPRIATE USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES

PropRealty information technology resources are PropRealty property and are made available to employees and select third parties for PropRealty business use. Occasional personal use of these resources is permitted but must not be excessive or inappropriate as determined solely by PropRealty. Inappropriate use includes hacking, pirating software distributing others work activities using PropRealty resources for non-PropRealty commercial activities, soliciting or distributing literature for outside entities, disclosing confidential information of PropRealty or third parties, sending inappropriate email accessing inappropriate web sites (such as those advocating hate or violence containing sexually explicit material, or promoting illegal activities), or using PropRealty resources in a way that violates the letter or spirit of PropRealty policies.

Users must not share passwords

If you allow others to use your password or assigned resource, you will be accountable for their use. PropRealty reserves the right to access, intercept, copy, review, disclose and delete any communications, files websites, or data you access, create, or maintain with or on PropRealty resources or property. By using PropRealty resources, you consent to this action. Misuses of PropRealty resources will result in denial of future access privileges for third parties, and disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, for PropRealty employees.
